We think coaching has gone wrong somewhere. Dominated by psychologists it has become unnecessarily therapeutic, relying on the ability of the coach to generate insight to bring about required behavioural change. Coaching should exist to get results, much like in any other field. In business this usually means shortening sales cycles, growth and profits.

We do three things that are distinctive in developing executives:

  1. We calibrate a leader’s and a team’s leadership capability using handpicked tools that are predictive, non-invasive and insightful, deveping a picture of where they will do their best work. If they are energised by their work because it is well aligned to their talent set, they will perform far better.

  2. We combine this with the wisdom of former business leader coaches to help plot development paths that will create immediate impact for organisations.

  3. We also work from the inside-out, starting first in the murky waters of our physiology and subconscious emotional systems before getting nearer the observable waterline with enquiry into feelings, thinking and behaviour. For us that seems to make change more likely to stick, and our clients tell us that too.
